A Neighbor Who Chose New Hampshire
Twenty-five years ago, Tim took a mid-career break from his job in Wisconsin for a solo, cross-country bicycle trip. During that time, he began searching for a place to move with small towns, friendly neighbors, a liberty-oriented culture, and great outdoor recreation. In 2007, he brought his job — and his Brittany Spaniel — to Penacook, NH.
Tim moved to Wolfeboro in 2019 and retired in 2020. Since then he has joined the Clearlakes Chorale, made friends in the community, built a raised bed garden, and hiked roughly 12,000 miles on local trails with his Vizsla, Cody.

Limited Government = Good Neighbors
Limiting the governmental costs and regulations we impose upon our neighbors can reduce our conflicts with one another. While our federal government seems to continue to be out of control, here in NH, we can take a different path.
Affordability
Low Taxes —Every citizen deserves to keep what they worked hard to earn. I will not support an income tax of any kind or any broad-based sales tax. I support efforts that empower local voters to cap and lower property taxes.
Prosperity with Protection — Unnecessary, confusing and inconsistently applied regulations drive up business costs, limit prosperity, and are especially burdensome on our local businesses. Making NH more attractive to businesses increases our prosperity and affordability. With constituent input, I will consider options to expand energy production and to make housing more affordable. I will support the protection of our lakes and lands to ensure they are preserved for future generations.
Freedom
Educational Freedom — Education should focus on the children, not the building. I will defend the rights of parents to choose the best education option for their children — public district school, public charter school, private school, or home education — and I will support parental rights to educational transparency. The Right to Bear Arms — I will be a strong defender of Second Amendment rights, and under no circumstances should these rights be infringed. I will vote against legislation that threatens the right to bear arms in NH.
Accountability Is Important
Tim's career in retail center, high-rise office, and corporate facility management spanned 36 years — 18 years managing staff and contractors at specific buildings, followed by 18 years of corporate-level support in budgeting, financial systems, policy writing, and performance tracking.
His final role tracked the performance of managers handling corporate facilities for an international client with locations across South America, the Middle East, Canada, and the United States. When the company missed its performance targets, it earned lower fees. That's a lesson Tim carries into public service: results matter and accountability is important.
His professional, volunteer, and recreational life has been quiet and behind the scenes. But there are times when it is necessary to step forward — and Tim believes his friendly, collaborative style offers a welcome contrast to the conflict we've seen recently.
The Quiet Life Worth Protecting
From the trails around Wolfeboro to the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, this is a place people choose for a reason: small towns, friendly neighbors, and the freedom to live life on your own terms.
Tim wants to keep it that way. That means protecting our lakes and lands for future generations, keeping taxes and regulations low, and bringing a collaborative, level-headed voice to Concord.
